Parents are allowed to visit on Second Sunday and on last Sunday of Month.
• Timing [10am to 1p.m.]
• Parents are requested to avoid leave request during the academic cycle of students. So, leave
would not be approved!
• For any medical emergency School will give First level required treatment but for processual
treatment parents are require to take immediate require action for child.
• Mobile, laptop or any electronic gadgets, expensive accessories are prohibited to bring in
hostel. If found disciplinary will be make against child.
• Parents are not allowed to visit in room as sharing accommodation and personal space
concern.
• Parents and not allowed to share food items to other children. It should be up to their child
• Phone call process will be based on weakly only on specific no. with fixed time management.
• Parents need to avoid random calls during the day time as all the In charges are busy in their
work allotments / teaching management .
• Parents have to follow time management during the pickup and drop. [6am to 7p.m.]
• No entry after 7p.m. in case any emergency. Kindly request to associated Warden in advance.
• All the luggage would be checked by security or associated members.
• Personal Credit / Debit Card will not allow to bring in hostel. If in case, it should be submitted
to the Warden.
• Only authorized parents whose photograph has been submitted will be allowed. Nonauthorized person will not be permitted.
• Allotted property of School is the subject of concern. If any student damage it intentionally it
can be subject of fine or heavy fine with Disciplinary action.
