Periodic Assessments (PA)
Periodic Assessments are conducted regularly during the academic session to evaluate students’ understanding of classroom learning and subject concepts. These assessments help identify strengths and areas requiring improvement while promoting consistent academic preparation.
Notebook Evaluation
Notebook assessment focuses on regularity, subject organization, presentation, completion of classwork and homework, and overall maintenance of academic records. It encourages discipline, consistency, and systematic learning habits among students.
Multiple Assessment
Multiple assessment include practical work, projects, oral assessments, group discussions, laboratory activities, presentations, and skill-based tasks. These activities are designed to enhance experiential learning, creativity, communication skills, and practical application of knowledge.
Half-Yearly Examination
The Half-Yearly Examination is conducted to comprehensively assess students’ academic progress during the first term of the session. It evaluates conceptual understanding, written expression, analytical skills, and subject proficiency across all major subjects.
Annual Examination
The Annual Examination is the final comprehensive assessment conducted at the end of the academic session. It evaluates the overall academic performance, conceptual clarity, and learning outcomes achieved by students throughout the year.
Practical & Laboratory Assessments
For applicable subjects, practical and laboratory assessments are conducted to evaluate scientific temperament, technical skills, experimentation, observation, and application-based learning through hands-on activities.
Co-Scholastic Evaluation
Students are also assessed in co-scholastic areas such as discipline, life skills, participation in activities, sports, behaviour, teamwork, creativity, and overall personality development to ensure holistic growth.
HPC (Holistic Progress Card)
HPC provides a comprehensive evaluation of students’ academic performance, skills, behaviour, participation, and overall development, promoting holistic growth and continuous improvement.
ERP Monitoring The ERP system tracks attendance, assessments, homework, and overall academic progress while facilitating regular communication between the school and parents.
