Documents Required For Admission

BIT Global School requires the following documents to be submitted at the time of admission. All documents must be valid and complete to ensure smooth processing:

Mandatory Documents

• Birth Certificate
  Issued by a competent authority (Municipal Corporation/Registrar) for age verification.
• Previous Class Report Card
  Required for admission to Class I onwards.
• Transfer Certificate (TC)
  Mandatory for students seeking admission from another school (Class II onwards).
• Passport Size Photographs
  • Recent photographs of the student
  • Photographs of both parents/guardians
• Aadhaar Card
  Copy of student’s Aadhaar card (and parents’, if required).
• Address Proof
  Any valid proof such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Electricity Bill, etc.
• UDISE, PEN & APAAR ID

Additional Documents (If Applicable)

• Migration Certificate
  For students coming from boards other than CBSE (especially for higher classes).
• Medical Certificate
  Basic health record of the child, if required by the school.
• Caste Certificate
  If applicable (as per government norms).
• Single Parent / Guardian Declaration
  In special cases, if applicable.

Important Instructions

• All documents must be self-attested by parents/guardians.
• Original documents must be produced for verification at the time of admission.
• Incomplete documentation may lead to delay or cancellation of admission.
• The school reserves the right to request any additional documents, if necessary.
