Admission Eligibility Criteria – BIT Global School

BIT Global School follows clearly defined eligibility norms in accordance with CBSE guidelines to ensure appropriate academic placement and age suitability of students.

Class-wise Eligibility

• Pre-Primary (Nursery / LKG / UKG)
  Admission is granted based on age criteria and basic readiness of the child. No formal academic assessment is conducted.
• Primary Classes (I – V)
  • Successful completion of the previous class from a recognized school
  • Basic understanding of age-appropriate concepts in English and Mathematics
• Middle & Secondary Classes (VI – X)
  • Pass certificate/report card of the previous class
  • Satisfactory performance in entrance assessment conducted by the school
  • Submission of valid Transfer Certificate (TC)

Age Criteria (Indicative as per CBSE Norms)

• Nursery: 3+ years
• LKG: 4+ years
• UKG: 5+ years
• Class I: 6+ years

(Age is calculated as on 31st March of the academic session)

General Eligibility Conditions

• Student must meet both age and academic requirements for the respective class
• Admission is subject to availability of seats
• Submission of all required documents is mandatory
• Students transferring from other boards must comply with CBSE norms and equivalency
• The school reserves the right to assess and place the student in the appropriate class
