1. Admission Enquiry
Parents/guardians can initiate the process by submitting an enquiry through:
- School website enquiry form
- Phone call or email
- Visit to the school campus
Basic details are recorded and initial information about the school is shared.
2. Admission Counselling
- Personal interaction with the admission counsellor
- Detailed information about curriculum, facilities, and school policies
- Guidance on class selection, eligibility, and admission procedure
- Campus visit
3. Registration
- Registration is facilitated by the Admission Counsellor based on the details provided by parents/guardians
- Parents are required to ensure that all information shared is accurate and complete
4. Submission of Documents
Submission of required documents for verification at the time of registration/admission.
5. Interaction / Assessment
- Nursery: Informal interaction with the child and parents
- LKG onwards: Entrance Test followed by interaction
6. Merit & Admission Confirmation
Admission is granted based on:
- Performance in interaction/assessment
- Fulfillment of eligibility criteria
- Availability of seats
Parents are informed accordingly.
7. Fee Submission
Selected candidates must complete the admission process by submitting the prescribed fee within the given timeline.
8. Final Admission & Orientation
- Admission is confirmed after fee submission
- Orientation session is conducted for students and parents
- Introduction to school rules, systems, and academic framework

Admission Policy & Guidelines

This Admission Policy is framed in accordance with the guidelines and norms prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The policy aims to ensure a fair, transparent, and systematic admission process.
1. Admission Criteria
1.1 Admission shall be granted strictly on the basis of eligibility, performance in interaction/assessment (where applicable), and availability of seats.
1.2 The school shall follow a non-discriminatory admission policy, providing equal opportunity to all applicants.
1.3 The decision of the school authorities regarding admission shall be final and binding.
2. Age Criteria
2.1 The minimum age requirement for admission to various classes shall be as per CBSE norms.
2.2 The age of the student shall be calculated as on 31st March of the relevant academic session.
2.3 No relaxation in age shall be permitted except as per applicable rules or directions of competent authorities.
3. Document Verification
3.1 Submission of prescribed documents shall be mandatory for all applicants.
3.2 Parents/guardians shall produce original documents for verification at the time of admission.
3.3 In case of any discrepancy, misrepresentation, or submission of false documents, the school reserves the right to cancel the admission.
4. Fee Policy
4.1 All fees paid shall be non-refundable, except as may be required under applicable law or regulatory provisions.
4.2 Failure to deposit fees within the specified timeline may result in forfeiture of the admission offer.
5. Transfer & Migration
5.1 Students seeking admission from other schools shall submit a valid Transfer Certificate (TC) issued by the previous institution.
5.2 Students migrating from other boards shall comply with CBSE migration rules and equivalency requirements.
5.3 Admission to higher classes shall be subject to verification of academic records and board regulations.
6. School Authority Rights
6.1 The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
6.2 The school reserves the right to determine the appropriate class placement of the student based on assessment and academic evaluation.
6.3 The school may amend or update this policy from time to time in accordance with CBSE or regulatory requirements.
7. Compliance Clause
7.1 This policy shall be interpreted in accordance with CBSE guidelines and applicable laws.
